You can find your tickets in inbox of the email address you used when making the purchase.

If you bought multiple tickets, please make sure to assign the tickets on the ticket portal Checkin as soon as possible.

Arriving at the Venue

Oslo Business Forum will be held at Nova Spektrum, which is located in Lillestrøm, with excellent transportation connections from Oslo and Oslo Airport.

We recommend everyone to travel by public transportation the event in order to:

  1. Generate smaller carbon emission
  2. Avoid paying and worrying about parking
  3. Reducing (and avoiding) overall traffic

The venue is easily accessible, especially by train, only 10 minutes from Oslo S and 10 minutes from Oslo Airport Gardermoen.

Lillestrøm Station is located between Oslo City and Oslo Airport Gardermoen. We suggest you plan your route at vy.no from Oslo City or the Airport Express from Oslo Airport Gardermoen. The venue is a 5 minute walk from ‘Lillestrøm station’. Our hosts will greet you outside the Train station and direct you to the venue.

You can arrive by bus from multiple different buses to Lillestrøm bus station, named "Lillestrøm bussterminal". We suggest you plan your route at ruter.no. From the bus station is a 5 minute walk to the venue.

The Nova Spektrum Car Park is accessible outside Nova Spektrum. The address is Messeveien 8, 2004 Lillestrøm. Remember to pay for parking tickets.

Oslo Airport Gardermoen is the recommended airport to travel to. The venue is only 10 minutes by train from the airport.

Safety and Security
at the Event

ID and Tickets

Please remember to bring your picture ID to the event, as security will be in focus for the conference. Also, you should have your conference badge on you at all time, and you are not allowed to give your conference badge to someone else.

Code of Conduct

All event guests, speakers, partners, and staff are required to uphold our code of conduct as we want everyone to be able to join the event in a respectful and safe environment. We prohibit discrimination of any kind and harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behavior in any form will not be tolerated. Any infractions or violations of this code will lead to immediate expulsion from the event without a refund.

Security

The safety and security of our attendees are always our main priority. We have dedicated security staff at the event at all times. Additionally, be prepared for a security check upon arrival to the venue.
