Terms & conditions for ticket holders:
I understand that I have 30 days to cancel my registration, after 30 days refund will not be given and I must pay the amount regardless. However, cancellations will not be accepted after August 1st. A ticket fee of 3% will come in addition per ticket. All prices are quoted ex VAT.

Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Leaving an invoice unpaid does not count as a cancellation. However, it is possible to allocate the ticket to a third party. The contact details of the new participant are to be sent to Oslo Business Forum immediately, at least 30 days before the event. However, it is not possible to change the person or organization liable for the payment.

All tickets are personal but you can free of charge change the name of the ticket holder until the first day of the conference. 

In case of cancellation outside of our control, we will offer compensation in the form of participation at another event. We reserve the right to make any changes to the program.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to our privacy policy. To facilitate networking and knowledge sharing, we may distribute a participant list containing names, job titles, and company names to all attendees before the event. If you do not wish to be included, you may opt out by notifying us in writing at least thirty (30) days before any Oslo Business Forum orchestrated event.

All participants are required to comply with applicable health and safety requirements. Oslo Business Forum reserves the right to implement any measures required by law or deemed necessary to ensure a safe event, including security procedures, access control, or other health and safety measures.
