Oslo Business Forum

Code of Conduct

WELCOME TO OSLO BUSINESS FORUM

Our mission is to empower business leaders to change the world. This starts by making sure that all participants, speakers, organizers, and partners of the event are friendly and create an atmosphere that is welcoming and safe.

All attendees and staff of all Oslo Business Forum events are required to uphold our code of conduct. We prohibit discrimination on the basis of gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, physical appearance, body size, or anything else. You are encouraged to debate, have discussions, and to build upon each other’s insights and experiences, but in a friendly manner. We also want to make it very clear that harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behavior in any form will not be tolerated at Oslo Business Forum. Any infractions or violations of this code will lead to the immediate expulsion from the event without a refund.

DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIORS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Offensive or impolite verbal comments
  • Intimidation
  • Deliberate disruption of talks or other event activities
  • Intrusive behavior, stalking, and unsolicited photo or video capture
  • Inappropriate physical contact
  • Harassment and sexual misconduct
  • Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior

Also, persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants may be removed from the event. Please use alcohol only in moderation at our events.

If you believe that you or someone you know at the event has been subjected to discriminatory or disrespectful behavior, we strongly urge you to contact a member of staff in person, contact us either through info@obforum.com or call our Executive Producer, Andreas S. Kustås, at +47 97163326.

Let’s make this event an enjoyable learning experience for everyone involved!
