Oslo Business Forum

Code of Conduct

WELCOME TO OSLO BUSINESS FORUM

Our mission is to empower business leaders to change the world. This starts by creating an environment that is welcoming, respectful, safe, and inclusive for everyone involved.

All participants, speakers, ambassadors, team leaders, partners, suppliers, and staff at Oslo Business Forum events are required to uphold this Code of Conduct.

As a value-driven organization, we expect everyone representing or participating in Oslo Business Forum to act with professionalism, integrity, and respect. Ambassadors and team leaders are representatives of Oslo Business Forum and play a particularly important role in contributing to a positive and safe event experience.

We do not tolerate discrimination or exclusion based on gender, race, ethnicity, religion, age, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, physical appearance, body size, or any other personal characteristic. Healthy debate, discussion, and exchange of ideas are encouraged, always conducted in a respectful and considerate manner. Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or disrespectful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

Unacceptable behavior includes (but is not limited to):

  • Offensive, discriminatory, or impolite verbal comments
  • Intimidation, threats, or aggressive behavior
  • Deliberate disruption of talks or event activities
  • Intrusive behavior, stalking, or unsolicited photo or video recording
  • Inappropriate physical contact
  • Harassment or sexual misconduct
  • Encouraging or advocating any of the above behaviors.

Any violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the event without refund or compensation.

Alcohol may be served at Oslo Business Forum events. Responsible consumption is expected at all times. Persons whose behavior is affected by alcohol or other intoxicants in a way that compromises safety, professionalism, or the event experience may be removed from the event.

If you believe that you or someone you know at the event has been subjected to discriminatory or disrespectful behavior, we strongly urge you to contact a member of staff in person, contact us either through info@obforum.com or call our Managing Director of OBF Event, Andreas S. Kustås, at +47 97163326.

Let’s work together to make Oslo Business Forum a safe, inspiring, and meaningful learning experience for everyone involved.
