Meet the lecturers


Sigurd Granmark

Sigurd started All In in January 2014. Before this he was the CEO in Adidas Norway. He has over 20 years of experience as a leader of Norwegian and international companies.

Since 2004, he has mapped out more than 1,000 Norwegians and international companies, in the search of successful organizations. Sigurd is one of the most sought-after speakers in Norway in culture, organization, management and digitization.

Tor Haugnes

Tor has been a lecturer for the last 12 years
and been responsible for the entrepreneurship education at BI Norwegian Business School.

Tor's fields of expertise are within economical history, sustainability, ethics, social entrepreneurship, creativity, teamwork, project management, start-up, scaling, growth and financing. At BI has he also worked a lot with pedagogy and digital learning tools.

Tor is a trained historian and business economist and has, among other things, written the book "Muntlig Formidling".

"The Leadership Program makes it easier for me to have a greater understanding of those I lead. It is easy to become "blind" when you have been together for a long time, so acquiring new knowledge and freshening up things you already know, combined with hearing other leaders' experiences, makes you see yourself better and make yourself some reflections on their own role and everyday life. About the program

Our methodology ensures that you learn through reflection and demonstration of new knowledge in interaction with the teachers, participants and the surrounding environment.

To the right you see the topics the management program is built around. The courses are updated and adapted to 21st century leadership. Our goal is for you to succeed in your leadership career - and for you to get tools that you can use immediately. 

To the right you see a proposal on various topics that can form the basis for a delivery of internal training or a corporate academy. We tailor all programs to the customer's needs and wishes. All In has extensive experience from courses and in-house training and always has external guest lecturers who are experts in their topics. Examples of speakers from previous management programs: Pellegrino Riccardi, Gjert Ingebrigtsen, Karina Hollekim, Ronny Deila, Tom Georg Olsen, Øystein Pettersen and Christian Berge

Practical information: 
- The courses are held as physical sessions of 2 days and all infection control advice is followed carefully.

-It is assumed that the participant has a minimum of 3 years' work experience and either has a leadership role or will hold a leadership role in the near future.
