After an inspiring first day, our afterwork event will take place in our Networking Area in Hall A from 16:00-17:30 on September 25. It's the perfect way to meet new people and reflect on your learnings, all while enjoying some drinks, music and good vibes.
As part of the event, on the first day, we cordially invite all VIP attendees to attend our VIP Evening at 'Fredensborg Ambassaden' in Oslo, starting at 18:00. This is a great opportunity to network with your peers in a relaxed atmosphere while enjoying delicious food and drinks, all on our bill. A shuttle bus from Nova Spektrum will take you there, leaving at 17:30.
Conference Pass holders have the opportunity to take part in our Networking Dinner at Thon Hotel Arena, located just across from Nova Spektrum. This event is an excellent opportunity to reflect on the day's sessions, meet new people, and expand your business network. The dinner features an aperitif, a warm buffet, and your choice of three alcoholic beverages. Please book your seat in advance due to limited availability (300 spots). This Dinner is not included in the Conference Pass.

They have two hotels close to the venue (Thon Hotel Arena and Thon Hotel Lillestrøm), as well as multiple hotels in the city center of Oslo and surrounding areas, with many options to commute to the event venue. For VIP customers, we recommend booking your hotel at Bristol.

ID and Tickets
Please remember to bring your picture ID to the event, as security will be in focus for the conference. Also, you should have your conference badge on you at all time, and you are not allowed to give your conference badge to someone else.
Code of Conduct
All event guests, speakers, partners, and staff are required to uphold our code of conduct as we want everyone to be able to join the event in a respectful and safe environment. We prohibit discrimination of any kind and harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behavior in any form will not be tolerated. Any infractions or violations of this code will lead to immediate expulsion from the event without a refund.
The safety and security of our attendees are always our main priority. We have dedicated staff at the event at all times. Additionally, be prepared for a security check upon arrival to the venue.
