Traveling:
We warmly recommend everyone to travel by public transportation to:
- generate smaller carbon emission
- avoid paying and worrying about parking

The venue is easily accessible, especially by train, only 10 minutes from Oslo S and 10 minutes from Oslo Airport Gardermoen.
By Train:
Lillestrøm Station is located between Oslo City and Oslo Airport Gardermoen. We suggest you plan your route at vy.no from Oslo City or the Airport Express from Oslo Airport Gardermoen The venue is a 5 minute walk from ‘Lillestrøm station’. Our hosts will greet you outside the Train station and direct you to the venue.

We want to facilitate the best possible networking at our event, with various areas you can do on-the-spot networking. Our event app is the Brella Networking app, which will provide both information about the event and help you network at the event through matchmaking with other attendees.

What is your cancellation policy?
Oslo Business Forum events have a 30-day cancellation policy from the date when the order is placed. However, cancellations will not be accepted if the order is made less than 30 days before the course begins. You may transfer the ticket free of charge to a friend or colleague.
What happens with the event if it can't take place due to Covid-19 or similar?
If we can't organize Oslo Business Forum 2022 due to Covid-19 or similar, your ticket will automatically be transferred to the event organized in September 2023.
Will the event be a hybrid event (in-person and online)?
Yes, the event will be a hybrid event, with both the possibility of purchasing a ticket to attend on-site and the possibility to access the online live stream.
Will the speakers attend in-person?
Yes, all speakers will be attending the event in person on-site at NOVA Spektrum.
Where can I watch the livestream?

Do I need a COVID-19 certificate in order to attend physically?
This will depend on the current situation and event requirements upon the time of Oslo Business Forum 2022.

What kind of Covid-19 safety measures are you taking at the venue?
The safety and health for visitors and employees is our top priority. In order to offer you the best possible conditions when you visit us, we will adapt our facilities and adopt new routines according to prevailing circumstances.
Measures we will be considering are:

- Encouraging people to stay at home when feeling ill
- Face masks
- Increased amount of hand sanitizer options
Can I watch the stream on my phone?
Yes, but for the best experience we strongly recommend watching the stream on a desktop device, using Google Chrome. This will provide a better event experience throughout the day.
Can I share stream access to my friends or colleagues?
The Online Ticket access if for you only. If you would like your whole company to have access to the livestream, you can purchase a “Livestream for all Employees'' license here
