As Head of Customer Experience, you will get to communicate directly with our customers and prospects via our internal solutions such as Brella, HubSpot chat, Gmail, and more. You will also get to coordinate the on-site customer service through our information desks. You will gain valuable experience from real-world situations and be a part of customer relationship management.
