Ticket information
Go to your email, search “Check-in” and find the QR code. If you can't find it, the person who ordered the tickets likely has it. If you experience any problems please contact ticket@obforum.no or visit our information desk at the conference.

Stages and activities

The Expo Area will contain some of the newest trends in technology and sustainability. Our vision is to inspire and share knowledge across industries. In the Expo Area, you will find the Networking Area, Startup Village, more than 30 other partners, and the Fireside stage.

The Fireside stage features speakers who will share their best tips on how to stay relevant in the upcoming years. You will see several different important aspects of digital leadership, from digital marketing and AI to generational intelligence and more. The Fireside Stage is powered by Santander.

Startup Village is a part of the Expo area where the entrepreneurs are given an opportunity to showcase their business to potential partners and investors. We aim to create an arena where you can see what some of the most exciting new companies in Scandinavia are doing. It is a great opportunity for both corporate and startup companies to explore the opportunities of a possible partnership. Visit Startup Village to see what the future of technology and sustainability will look like!

For standard ticket holders, the regular program will begin at 10:00 and end at 17:00.

Additional sessions:
- Premium ticket holders : VIP session at 08:30. - Executive ticket holders: One VIP session at 08:30 and one VIP session at 17:30.

This year’s Speakers Dinner will take place at X Meeting Point at 18:00-21:00, the day before the conference, on September 24th. You will receive more information by email.

Luggage and coats can be stored for free at the conference cloakroom, located in the entrance hall. Due to security measures, large items such as backpacks and suitcases will not be allowed inside of the expo area. 

We therefore recommend that you bring as little as possible to the conference.

Remember to bring your photo-ID to the conference, as this will be checked when you receive your ticket.

The conference is facilitated for wheelchair use. Please contact us if you have questions about this or wish for us to assist with anything.

Coverage on David Cameron
During the ‘Beyond 2020’ conference, it is not possible to interview David Cameron, as he will not be available to press/media. However, journalists are welcome to attend his presentation. 

 

Important note: Entrance to the main stage (where David Cameron will hold his keynote) will close at 15:40. Attendees will not be able to enter or leave the Main Stage area until this session is concluded. 

 

Although Mr. Cameron’s presentation is not open for questions from the audience, journalists can take notes, as well as record and broadcast only the first 5 minutes of his presentation. After the first 5 minutes, cameras (and recording devices) must be turned off. 

 

If you bring a camera crew, you must be at the conference center by 14:30

 

Mandatory practical meeting for press

Press (and crew) who wish to attend (cover) David Cameron’s presentation, must attend a mandatory practical meeting beforehand. The agenda will be as follows:

  • 14:30 - 14:45 - The latest arrival and check-in by press and crew
  • 14:45 - 15:00 - Mandatory practical 
  • 15:00 - 15:40 - Journalists/crew who will be filming/broadcasting (the first 5 minutes) will be escorted to the A/V area in the conference hall to set-up their equipment. 
  • 15:40 - The doors to the Main Stage close. All press and crew must be their designated area before 15:40. For security reasons, attendees will not be able to enter or leave the Main Stage area until this session is concluded.

Ruter bus
Ruter’s 380 bus from Oslo Bussterminal and Lillestrøm Bussterminal takes you directly to Hellerud. The buses departure every 30 minutes and the ride takes approximately 40 minutes from Oslo Bussterminal and 20 minutes from Lillestrøm Bussterminal.

The conference is located along RV 22 between Hvam and Gjelleråsen. Follow the directions to Hellerudsletta from E6 by Hotel Olavsgaard or along RV 4 from Gjelleråsen.

We recommend everyone to travel with the free OBF shuttle busses leaving from Thon Hotel Opera (Dronning Eufemias gate 4, 0191 Oslo) or Oslo Lufthavn Gardermoen (OSL).

Flybussen:
From Gardermoen (OSL) to the conference:

The airport bus (Flybussen), line FB1 departs from Gardermoen every 30 minutes (:15 and :45 every hour) and will stop by the X Meeting Point parking lot 25-30 minutes later.

From the conference to Gardermoen (OSL):
The bus towards Gardermoen will depart from the parking lot every 30 minutes (:10 and :40 every hour between 15:00 and 18:00, before changing to :05 and :35 after 18:00) .
